With this in mind, we are now offering 30 days of Yoga. This will be a mixture of slow, medium and intense classes throughout the week as we understand that our body requires recovery time too. We also want to ensure that you are not spending too much time on screen, so some of these classes will be via audio, giving you a break from the screen. 

So, in a nutshell, our 30 days of yoga includes;

  • 4 live online classes + 3 recorded classes every week

  • Set your goals before you start the journey

  • Engage with us via email/whatsapp/online Facebook community

  • Review the goals at the end of 30 days with Nikesh at your 30 minutes personal coaching session

Live online classes timetable

  • Monday at 7.45am - Slow Flow & Meditation

  • Tuesday at 8am - Morning Flow Yoga 

  • Thursday at 6.15pm - Hatha Yoga

  • Saturday at 10.15am - Vinyasa Flow Yoga

We are offering 30 days of yoga for £60.

*If you are unable to attend the live class, we will send you a recorded video for you to practice in your own time. Remember this is your practice and you can tailor it to how it will best work for you.
