We are now offering one to one session online (Zoom) or in the local parks in North London. These classes are perfect for those wanting to work on specific health concerns, injuries or any other limitations you may experience. It offers opportunities to learn how to adapt to certain postures and use modifications as well as find out if there are specific poses to avoid when in class. If there is any specific physical, mental or emotional place you would like to be in, this may be for you. You can have up to 2 people in this session.
